We want you to love your crafting journey with us. Since our products are delicate paper kits shipped internationally, here is our streamlined policy to ensure a straightforward and reliable shopping experience.
How to Request a Refund (For Damaged / Defective Items)
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged during transit, defective, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at papertiptoes@outlook.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
To maintain international shipping efficiency, you DO NOT need to mail the damaged item back to us. Instead, we will immediately issue a full or partial refund for the affected item. If you still wish to receive the product, you are welcome to place a new order at your convenience.
How to Start a Return (For Unopened / Changed-Mind Items)
If your items arrived perfectly but you simply changed your mind, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please email us at papertiptoes@outlook.com. If approved, you will need to ship the items back to us.
Please note:
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for non-defective items.
• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (opened sticker sheets cannot be returned).
• Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the unopened item you have, and once the return is processed as a refund, simply place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must still meet the criteria above: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved (either for damaged items or accepted returns), it will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund as well. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please reach out to us at papertiptoes@outlook.com.
